JACK C7-4 URUS – 4-Thread Overlock with Intelligent Feeding System

JACK C7-4 URUS is an advanced 2-needle, 4-thread industrial overlock machine equipped with an intelligent fabric feeding and presser foot pressure control system. The machine detects changes in fabric thickness in real time and automatically adjusts feeding force and presser foot pressure, allowing it to pass smoothly over bulky seams and different fabric layers without reducing sewing speed.

The machine is equipped with the Presser Foot Transformer system, which uses a sensor to detect changes in fabric thickness and automatically adjusts presser foot pressure. This makes it easier to sew over cross seams and multilayer sections.

The Smart Rhino Feeding system provides high torque of up to 9.2 Nm, ensuring stable and consistent feeding of light and elastic fabrics as well as heavier materials.

JACK C7-4 reaches a maximum sewing speed of up to 7,000 stitches per minute. The digital presser foot lift of up to 10 mm is controlled by a stepper motor, ensuring fast and precise operation. The machine also features automatic thread trimming controlled by a stepper motor, providing a short thread end after sewing.

The operator can choose between three sewing modes: manual, semi-automatic and automatic using photocells. The mechanical L/M/H selector allows the feeding characteristics to be adjusted for light, medium and heavy fabrics.

An intuitive control panel with voice guidance and quick-access buttons makes everyday operation easier. The integrated design reduces the number of external cables and components, improving workstation ergonomics and simplifying cleaning and maintenance.

The JACK C7 URUS system has been designed to maintain high stitch quality even during sudden changes in fabric thickness. Intelligent presser foot pressure adjustment and increased feeding force allow the machine to pass smoothly over bulky areas without stopping or manually changing the settings.
