ULTIMA SF-120HX – hot tape cutting device with adjustable cutting angle

ULTIMA SF-120HX is an automatic computerized device designed for precise cutting of tapes, elastic bands, ribbons and other narrow textile materials. The unit is equipped with a hot knife which heat-seals the material edge during cutting, helping to prevent fraying. The adjustable knife position allows both straight and angled cuts to be produced.

The electronic control system allows the operator to set the required cutting length and quantity, after which the device automatically performs the complete cutting cycle. A stepper motor controls material feeding and helps ensure accurate and repeatable cutting lengths. With a cutting length of 50 mm, the device can achieve a production speed of up to 170 pieces per minute.

ULTIMA SF-120HX features cutting length compensation, fault diagnostics and setting memory. The device automatically stops when the material runs out. It is suitable for cutting braided tapes, nylon webbing, ribbons, backpack straps and other synthetic materials where a clean, heat-sealed edge is required.
