ULTIMA UL-03K – label attaching machine

ULTIMA UL-03K is a compact machine designed for fast and temporary attachment of labels and tags to finished textile products. Its special stitch allows the label to be easily removed by pulling the thread, without the need for cutting and without damaging the fabric.

The machine is suitable for attaching labels to socks, gloves, hats, towels, underwear, trousers and a wide range of other garments and textile products. Its design allows it to work with materials of different thicknesses while providing fast and repeatable label attachment.

ULTIMA UL-03K allows the operator to program the number of stitches performed during each cycle. The sewing cycle can be activated using the foot pedal or, optionally, by a microswitch detecting the material. Once the programmed cycle is completed, the machine automatically stops, trims the thread and lifts the presser foot, significantly improving productivity in repetitive label attaching operations.

The compact workstation design combined with a large control pedal provides comfortable working space and convenient operation during continuous production.
