JACK JK-8009VCDII-12064P/UTL is an industrial 12-needle chainstitch machine designed for attaching elastic bands and tapes and for producing multiple parallel rows of stitching in a single sewing operation. It is suitable for the production of underwear, sportswear, trousers, stretch garments and other textile products requiring consistent elastic attachment or multiple parallel seams.

The 12-needle, 24-thread configuration allows the machine to produce 12 parallel rows of chainstitch simultaneously. A puller located behind the presser foot supports material feeding, providing smooth and consistent transport while helping to reduce shifting and stretching of individual material layers during sewing.

The UTL version is equipped with automatic thread trimming and pneumatic presser foot lifting. These automatic functions improve productivity and reduce the number of manual operations required from the operator. Automatic central lubrication ensures proper lubrication of the machine mechanisms during intensive production.
